3. First steps for the agency (1)
Usually, your manuscript will go through many different hands, because the agency's decision to
take you on as a new client is a long, carefully considered process.
The agency must be able to guarantee that it has sufficient time and human resources to look after you and your manuscript. There must be potential publishers and partner agencies for your work.
jordanstext doesn't take any new manuscripts unless there are at least three publishers we know of who might be interested in the manuscript.
There are two reasons for this: Any new pitch might damage our reputation. There is a high financial risk associated with any new client.
